Fondazione CRT provides a specific internal channel through which illicit conduct and/or in violation of regulations can be reported confidentially and confidentially.

This channel, adopted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 (hereinafter also the Decree), allows reports to be made, both in written and oral form, including through a specific digital platform that can be reached at the following link:

Reports may concern the commission of crimes included in the scope of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and violations of European law; violations of Model 231 and the Code of Ethics adopted by Fondazione CRT, both of which can be consulted on its website, may also be reported.

In accordance with the provisions contained in the Decree, reports may be made by employees, self-employed workers, collaborators, consultants, freelancers and trainees who work at the Foundation, as well as by persons who hold administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative positions within the Foundation.

Whistleblowers are protected by law against any form of retaliation directly or indirectly related to the report.

The processing of personal data as part of the whistleblowing management process is carried out in compliance with data protection requirements.
