Missione Soccorso (First Aid) is the project of Fondazione CRT that systematically intervenes in the field of emergency medical assistance by supporting the replacement of ambulances of voluntary organisations in the sector that are no longer eligible, 24 hours a day.
A programme promoted by the Foundation since its establishment with the aim of contributing to the efficiency of first aid services provided by voluntary organisations in Piedmont and Aosta Valley and to encourage the work of volunteers by rewarding the very high social value of their commitment.
In 2020, Fondazione CRT exceptionally provided 15 ambulances (3 of which with bio-containment) to Covid-19 emergency health services.
Since 2002, “Missione Soccorso” has enabled the purchase of 563 ambulances with a total investment of over 28 million euros.
